We won the people’s choice award for 'Hottest Ecommerce Experience' among New Zealand's best retailers!

We were nominated as a finalist by The New Zealand Retail Association in the 2018 Retail Hotlist Awards.

With over 12,500 votes, the results for the award were split into two categories, judge's choices and people's choices. ATMS received 67% of the people's votes and was crowned The People's Hottest Ecommerce Experience.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
