I was super hyped up from the reviews (and it came highly requested from my flatmate). The charging port is pretty dire. It doesn't connect firmly so the lightest touch can separate it from the charger which is super annoying. It worked for about a week then just wouldn't charge anymore so have contacted support. This seems to be a common thing with these which suuucks. Overall, it is super quiet and does the job, it just isn't really enough for me or as amazing as the reviews say. Still my favourite toy so far tho!
