They appear really well made I think I must have been super unlucky as mine broke (was replaced, and then the replacement broke too). DON'T USE IT IN THE BATH WITH BATHSALTS! Despite that I've no regrets on buying it, it was well worth the money even over just six months.
They are still fairly noisy in my opinion, definitely wouldn't bother if you have someone in the next room and thin walls. Once my roommate leaves I won't hesitate to buy another!
