I wouldnt suggest this toy for those with a lot of sex toy experience, but for those looking for a starter sex toy or something stepping up from a bullet, then this is a great product. So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
