Strong vibration, wonderful shape, great size, firm but with a little bit of flex - this was shaping up to be one of my favourites until the motor stopped working after three months. (Light comes on, but no buzz.) It's splashproof but not waterproof, so possibly I got it too wet when I was cleaning it. Caveat emptor. It does have a 1 year warranty, so I suppose I should see what Pipedream have to say.

ATMS are brilliant! First rate service, I ordered and received my order in a day! Sadly, the item I bought did not provide such a fast delivery. It wasn't cheap, so I expected a much better product. This is perhaps where ATMS let me down. The filters I used to search should have meant this item was never seen by me. I'm fairly sure it isn't the kind of product I can return if its not mechanically faulty. Under 'noise rating' there was nothing, so I looked at other similar products to assess if any had a noise rating, none did. It also didn't say if it was powerful, apart from in the 'sell' produced no doubt by the manufacturer, so hardly authentic. All these products should have a 1-10 rating on Power. Longevity and noise at the very least! These should be given by ATMS so it is independent.
