Unfortunately The first shock of the very few strands of hair in the head, looks like a cancer patient. Rather horrifying.
Found the insert almost impossible to slide through the doll, I lubed it up in the end but still managed to damage the insert,
certainly no way one would remove it to clean it very often. Also it won't stay up straight from the get go which is a real "let down" excuse the pun.
For the money I paid for this doll I am very disappointed in this product and would not recommend it.
