Good at numbing, but really only numbs the front of your mouth, you kind of have to hold it further back with your tounge for it to have any effect on your throat. Taste really nivce though

Overall these are pretty good, especially for the price. However it numbed my tongue more than the back of the throat. so didn't really help immensely with blowjobs
