I don't know why, but I had high hopes for this ring. It arrived and I was so excited to see what the multi vibration bullet was about and it just wouldn't turn on, atms were really good and got a replacement out asap. Came to the trial day and it was so tight for him he couldn't wear it, it didn't do anything for either of us..

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
