The black plastic piece that sits against the shaft is a little annoying, but otherwise works okay.

OK, no one is going to wear this as is, just look at that lump of sharp plastic on the INSIDE of the ring. The 1st thing I did was cut that off, but I now think that might have been wrong because I think I know what this ring is for.
I used this to ADD tension to my favourite cock ring, the Fantasy c-ringz Rock Hard Ass-gasm and it was awesome, like it was specifically designed for it.
