This toy is bang for buck, you get what you pay for. It has not lasted me long, the size was too small I think and it tore out the side. Until then it was pretty good!

Definitely needs a bit of warming up, in a container of hot water or similar, but otherwise it feels good. The double ended feature is ok, but overall it's not hugely tight not matter which end you use.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed.
