First time using product like this so nothing to compare it to. Have to leave it to soak in for a while longer than it states, definitely have to pre plan. Still has sensation not numb but not as sensitive without. The Mrs says it stings her when I didn't wipe it off and went in for the kill a bit quick.but when I pre-planned and wiped it off worked well no problems. Other than that pretty good.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
