So much better than the basic cheap models. It has 10 vibration setting that you click through. The bullet is cover by some kinder black rubber. I havent dared tried with water yet. Found best to turn off by unscrewing than clicking through settings. It also has same problem as other bullets of conking out on certain complex vibrations when used extended time or when batteries get weaker.
