It's a little stiff and hard to get on, as a self bondage type thing, but very comfortable to wear. Easy to get out of, in case of emergencies with your hands behing your back. Probably better suited for larger wrists, as smaller wrists are extremely difficult to cuff. The chain is rather sturdy, though I haven't tried pulling hard against it. Quite comfortable to wear for longer than an hour.
