I purchased these to help with my pelvic floor health after having kids and so far it seems to be showing some benefits, although I am still on the lightest ball at the moment.
The balls are really good quality with a lovely feel to the silicone. The size of the balls are not too big, so easy to insert and remove. They are also super easy to clean, with no cradles or removal parts like some other kegel products on the market.
The other real positive about this product is that there are three balls of varying weights. This allows me to start out light and then train my way up to the heaviest one, which is a hefty 150g.
Perfect training set for me never having tried kegals before! Blue were a little to light couldn't really feel them, pink are perfect & working my way up to red... So smooth & easy to clean, must have for the collection 😍
These balls are Aweosme to use.
The silicon on these is really nice. I have a slightly lower cervix, so I found it hard to move these up and down by doing kegels.
Such good quality and love that there is varying sizes. Though I do wish they had singular ones, but still a great product and happy with my purchase.
The balls themselves are heavier then expected but doesn't seem to have done anything

Pelvic floors that can crack walnuts!.
These feel great, are not too big, and the increasing increments mean it is easy to build your pelvic floor strength by just wearing them around the house. Added bonus if you do a few squeezes while they're in there. Nice warm up fro play too as I always find myself a little juicy after wearing them.

I bought these to use with kegel exercises and they work well for this - but are also a bit of fun to pop in and get yourself warmed up with as you wander round the house doing housework ) good value, great quality.

I'd had kegal balls before but they were wider and not as heavy as these - so these slipped out a little too easy for the first couple days! But in less than a week they were working really well. They're well made as is everything by Satisfyer, and with no seams they are easy to keep clean. Just wish the price was a touch lower, I would have bought them sooner rather than thinking about it for six months...

These are great. The only thing I have noticed was the weight and the colours of my ones are mixed up, but I can live with that. They definitely work as my partner can notice a difference.

Post baby my pelvic floor needing a bit of strengthening. These helped enormously with that process. Comfortable to insert and gradually increased the weight and duration.

Only used small one so far but love it. Also love that there are exercises included that help with pelvic muscles. Hoping that over time they help a lot especially after child birth (waiting recommended time from doc though)
Love this set, easy to use and can have them in throughout the day and in the shower which makes it convenient. Good range of weights
