These tethers tick all the boxes, easy to adjust and use. Need to get another set though :)

There's absolutely nothing special about these with the clips just held on with key rings. I would be pretty annoyed if I had paid full price for these.
If you want to give your subject the possibility of escape, then these might well be the way to go.
Good although we got a faulty set..
They are pretty good, although we got a faulty set where one of the hooks/snaps doesn't want to open. Unfortunately it wasnt a huge priority and we forgot about them so we are outside the 30 day return. Next time I think I'll spend a little more and try the other ones on the website.
