These balls are great!! Ive never used benwa balls before and these were the first ones ive used, theyre easy to use and comfortable to wear- they are weighted but it is not an unbearable weight! Theres are just great!
I couldn't really notice anything when these were in. And they ended up just coming out when I went toilet. Not really sure if they worked for me
Much bigger than they look in the pictures.. I would like some more but perhaps abit smaller

Didn't pay a lot for these, so considering that they're great. The plastic feels a little cheap bit you can't tell when you use them and I can definitely feel the vibrations when they rattle.
