I'll be honest with you. This ran out before I even got a chance to use it for its intended purpose because I loved the way it looked and felt on way too much! This balm is glossy! But not wet looking gloss just a smoking hot dream sheen. And I don't know if it was just the shining effect but I actually felt like my lips looked bigger when I wore this balm so the plumping effect, unlike some other products, actually works!Plus the taste. OMG. Yum. Probably why it ran out so fast. I suggest you just keep it away from your friends and family. My sister also rates it 10/10 and states ""She would steal it from me again"". Thanks sis. And thanks Doc Johnson for my favourite lip product ever.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed.
