Helen Cox, a mum from Scotland accidentally sent her son Aflie to school with a free blow-up sheep that came with a Shepherd's costume.

The shepherd's costume was for a school Nativity. A school nativity being a play that recreates the scene of Jesus' Birth.

There were many animals present at Jesus’ original birth, including cows, camels, elephants and sheep. So, it's understandable that Cox thought it was just part of the costume. The sheep had not been blown up at this point!

The 46-year-old mother-of-two was very confused when a teacher asked Alfie to take the sheep home a week before the play.

"It was part of his costume and I thought he might have been naughty and snuck it out of school,"

She was embarrassed when she decided to blow up the toy for Alfie, revealing that the sheep had red lips and eyelashes and a huge hole in its bottom.

"I just can't believe it. I don't know whether to laugh or cry! How am I going to explain this to his teachers?" she said. "I have no idea if they've seen it was a sex toy and that's why they sent it home – I'm mortified!"

The costume on Amazon was originally called "Labreeze kid's boys brown shepherd costume inflatable sheep nativity fancy dress outfit"

However, she also the same product on sale as a "stag night bonkin' sheep"

Awkwardly, Alfie had taken quite a liking to the sheep and obviously doesn't see why he shouldn't play with the toy.

"I told him it didn't look like a proper sheep because it had a moustache, red lipstick and a bow on its head, but he still wanted to play with it. I couldn't think of any more reasons why not,"

"He's probably in his room right now stuffing Lego in the hole."

Amazon has since pulled the product from its website, saying in a statement: "All sellers must follow our selling guidelines and those who don't will be subject to action including potential removal of their account. The product in question is no longer available."

We actually use to sell the sheep during the early days of Adulttoymegastore. However, it has been snapped up for stag's night since. This Blow Up Billy Goat is still up for grabs though...
