This toy is getting into more of an advanced play level, however when it's fully closed even a beginner can get it in. Good for progressively stretching whichever hole you like over time. Can be used solo but definitely easier to operate with two. There are moderately 'sharp' edges which can be a little sore if used for anal but can be easily modified with a bit of sanding if you are handy person.

Hi .. I have a Collins speculum which is the best. This is great. The 'blades' are not as wide , so the opening is narrower but it opens nice and wide. A little fiddly.
I use Collins and Miller at same time to open holes in both directions which looks great. Collins is my first recommendation and this is a nice second one
