Intimidating just to look at - it is actually relatively easy to position and insert the tip in the deflated state.....bracing against something and then gradually inflating for a slow, steady increase in size and pressure....wow....what a feeling. Is going to take a lot of practice to be able to take it all. Solid construction.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
