I like to have a few of these as backups, as my girlfriend's dog tends to chew her chargers. Great value and they do what you need them to do. They don't come with wall plugs and make sure they are compatible with your device but apart from that had no problems. I typically use it on my satisfyer wand

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
