Silicone covers are very nice, this would do damage otherwise. On the scale of 'comes off too easily' to 'ripping bits off', this one comes in just on the 'comes off..' side. Just.
Chain is pointless and comes off too easily, but an easy fix with a few dollars from Bunnings. Longer heavier chain adds some heft to it providing a nice little tug just by letting it hang.
'Pretty Pink' (or 'Humiliating Pink', depending on the use-case makes it different from other similar items.
Now if only the other half was more inclined to attach it, or tug on it once attached... 🎉

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
