Good pump strong suction, some points to consider the clear sleeve does not slide out so cleaning this is an issue, you lose suction with the silicon sleeve so I remove It but the base cuts into the groin area

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
