The app is very handy and much easier to train with. The balls stick well inside and don't cause discomfort in everyday life, and the material is pleasant to the touch. The effect of the exercise is clearly visible and I am satisfied.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
