My and my partner purchased this in conjunction with a collar and functionally, it is a blast to use. We find great joy in pulling each other around, and it can really put up with some punishment (no pun intended).
The quality is alright, and it looks good paired with the matching black collar. However, it does seem a little lower quality that seen in the images, and after 7 months of occasional use the stitching has begun to fray in places.
Taking this under consideration, I would say that this is not worth the $29.95 NZD investment, especially as it is not real leather (PVC). If 50% off - it would be excellent value, for 30% off - still good value and I would recommend purchasing. However, for the full price I would recommend finding something else - or even making your own.
