Product works great... when it works. Unfortunately, a part of the vibrator fell off which makes it a lot harder to use but it is still usable. This was my first vibrator and it was definitely worth the money. I was blown away when I used it for the first time and am still constantly blown away.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
