This is excellent quality for a good price. Non-slip grip with a wrist strap if needed. The shaft is very stiff with a little give. If you're wondering: yes, it does leave a heart 'mark' on the skin if done right.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
