This little number arrived and packaged beautifully. Took it out and thought mmmmmm hope this isn't a dud. Trust me after first use I was like wow wow wow it is a powerful little bullet. Hit all the right spots and so easy to use, Highly reccomnd this product and a must have in the box of toys.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
