This product is amazing!!! 3 minutes was all it took, and boy was it good!!! Recommend to the girl on the go who doesn't have much time haha! Comes with a hard case which stores the product and spare head and charger. Only downside for me was that it is not waterproof so no shower fun.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
