Great product overall but a few minor touches would be good to make it an awesome product. Remote doesn't work on our we.vibe couples and it is quite tricky to switch it on when first turning it on. But overall good product

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
