Even though there is no max weight on the box, I held onto these while by husband had my legs around his waist, and they took all of that pressure without moving an inch. So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
