The Pelvix Concept is an all-new pelvic floor exerciser that is uniquely shaped to make doing your kegels as easy as possible. The smooth, medical-grade silicone makes it easy and comfortable to insert and remove, whilst the ridged shape means it's easy to keep in place, so you can wear it comfortably all day if you wish and let your pelvic floor exercise itself!
Complete and detailed instructions on how to use it are included, The Pelvix Concept has 5 treatment steps to allow you to gradually build up the intensity of your kegel exercise as your muscles become stronger.
The exerciser itself unscrews so that you can add weighted balls which are included. Over a number of weeks you will gradually increase the weight of the exerciser.
