SmartBalls Duo are a good work out for women who already have excellent pelvic floor tone. They are worn vaginally and will help to maintain very good pelvic floor muscles.
Ideal for women who do regular Pilates or Yoga, and who have already used and mastered SmartBalls Original or a similar product.

Smart Balls Duo are much heavier than the two other Fun Factory SmartBalls and are not recommended for beginners.

SmartBalls Duo are two balls made from comfortable medical grade silicone
Wear your Duo's for short periods of time and build up muscle strength until you can wear them daily as part of your SmartBalls toning programme.
Using a lubricant for comfort and ease of insertion and removal.
SmartBalls Duo weigh 85 grams, each of the two balls is 3.6cms in diameter and measure a total of 10cm's in length (not including the removal string).
