I picked these up because the texture of the balls was interesting - you can definitely feel it when you use them. The balls are small, around the size of a table tennis ball each, or smaller. They're very easy to insert and the string allows for easy removal. The weights do move a decent amount when you move around, though I think you need to place them correctly to get decent stimulation. A fun toy to try outside of active play. The only gripe I have is the string that connects the balls - it's just made of synthetic woven cord, and therefore doesn't seem too sanitary for repeated use.
