I ordered this looking for something different to my other toys which are vibrators, dildos, and air pulse ones like Satisfyer. This toy does exactly what it says it does, and it does it well. I've heard things about Doc Johnson's toys not being great quality, but that doesn't appear to be the case here. Everything has a nice, solid, not flimsy feel. The packaging makes it look like a medical device which may not thrill you, but it gets the device to you safely. Its controls are easy to use, but do read the instruction manual as the amount of suction can be surprising the first time and you'll want to know where the "emergency" air release is. There is only one suction level but you can vary it a little by pulling the toy away from your body a bit once the is formed. The vibration functions are pretty much like any other vibrator. Unlike other suction toys, this one hasn't got a fake ton gue to vibrate, but I don't miss it with this one. If you're used to fully direct stim, this may be a slow burn or a warm up for you, but I can get off using just this most of the time. Otherwise it'll plump things up for the "real thing" to feel extra great. If you want something different to switch up your line-up, highly recommend this toy. Use lube with it.

I was a bit hesitant when first buying this item but all I can say is that it was most definitely worth it because my sex life has been amazing ever since starting to use this item.
