I bought this for my partner as she was unable to use the Kama one. She complained that it doesn't work. So I figured I would also give it a go. I tried for a good 5-10 minutes to find a spot that works but no avail. Sadly left very dissapointed with this one.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
