Such a great buy, love the wider surface area and shape as I found other vibrators to be too "narrow" and provide too much stimulation in a small spot with not enough elsewhere. So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
