If you want to speed up the cleansing process using either "mains pressure", a manual pump or gravity feed then this tip will do the job well. It is designed to be screwed directly into the threaded end of a standard slide shower flexible hose but works well with the adaptor fitting supplied with some of the other Cleanstream enema nozzles that takes 10mm tubing. The five outlet holes spread the delivery of your chosen enema fluid more effectively than a single jet tip and allow for a high flow rate. If connecting to the bathroom shower it would be highly advisable to have a flow rate control/stop valve in the circuit as you don't want full pressure let loose inside you. This tip is in effect a modest butt plug that stimulates in its own right and remains quite secure for safe hands-free use. It inserts easily with a little lube and is easy to clean using any antibacterial treatment you have on hand such as any of the alcohol based hand sanitisers.
