Great quality product and good value for money. However, the tampons are smaller than what I'm used to so have to be checked more regularly. Also they can be tricky to remove if you're not used to soft tampons and if they get stuck up too far. Other than that, I'd say they're alright.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
