Was crossing my fingers when I bought this, usually one size doesn't include those hovering on the boundaries of plus size - I'm a 16 and these fitted perfectly, I was complimented all day when I went shopping, I had a few ladies ask me where I bought these, then watched as they awkwardly nodded approvingly as they whispered they'd have to get some themselves :)

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
