A great entry level product designed for beginners. This set allows you to experiment and try out new things without the expensive price tag. A very versatile product that includes cuffs which can attach to other devices. The hogtie attachment works well and is good for lazy riggers.
This being said, it does feel a bit budget. The neoprene is very comfortable, but doesn't look amazing compared to some of the fancy cuffs you can get.
But it does the job

I was a bit worried to see the cuffs were made of foam, but it is robust and having tried it I expect it to last. You can take the pieces apart so it's pretty versatile, just wish the cuffs went a bit tighter so I couldn't pull my hands out (but my hands are pretty tiny.)

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
