Received the toy in good time and in nice packaging. I was very happy with the performance. Unfortunately, the product was difficult to clean and dry, and after 4ish months with a few times a week use, the silicone inside the 'mouth' of the toy broke letting water into the workings and breaking the toy. I will not be buying again.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
