The sense max is quite bulky and riding feeling. The app doesn’t even work in nz. If I had known this I never would have purchased it. Fleshlight is way better. Disappointing purchase

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
