These feel great, perfect for longer term wear. Different feeling depending on which way it faces but it's more comfortable curved towards your back. Didn't react with wet stuffs secrets hybrid lube either. The smaller ones bulb is roughly the size of the end joing of a thumb, medium about 50% more and large about double.
