The benefits of this product are: It's metal so easy to clean, warm up or make cold for 'punishments'. It sits quiet well once it settles, and doesn't push in too far. I have actually forgotten I've inserted it, and gone to move, before realizing, which was a fairly interesting feeling, but didn't seem to do a lot of damage, if any. The drawbacks of this product are: It has gotten to the point of sitting too snuggly in that it hurts slightly to remove, or it's awkward to remove.
