I have had trouble with other cuffs as my wrists are 16cm around but these are perfect because they fit any size. The waist restraint is comfortable, smooth edges ensure that you aren't hurt or scratched. You can make it as tight as you want and it can be worn under tight jeans and still not be seen, the profile is quite flat especially if you have the waist belt high up where your waist is. The lower strap is wide enough to ensure that a dildo can be held in place easily. The plug harness looks like it would keep it in place well but I haven't tried that yet. This is hands down one of the best value toys I've purchased.

strong, can be done up tight for petite bodies. not for day wear. pinches and kinda cuts if worn for a few hours. also the waist part of the belt doesnt sit smoothly if youve got a curvy figure or a small waist. And it *will* make bulges at the hips. but if youre ok with all that - its p. great.
