The controls are a bit confusing, though once you work it out it works (use up and down to turn it on, not the middle!). Doesn't feel as quality as others I have, but works well :)

Product was smaller than I thought it was going to be. Not insanely vibrating, but enough for light-moderate stimulation. So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
