The lelo wand may be a tad expensive, but take it from someone who has bought their fair share of wands, this one is the strongest, longest lasting, and completely waterproof. I couldn't be happier with it. My only regret is I didn't pony up earlier

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
