Ordered this then got a bit scared of the size. When it arrived so did I (that's a cum joke FYI). Great size, definitely not for beginners as it is a bit girthy but soft and very real feeling. Great suction on dry surfaces, moves a bit too much on wet surfaces. Overall a great product.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed. Sometimes things beyond our control go wrong, but clear communication helped. Would shop again - possibly not when a storm is rolling in to Wellington though.
