If you're looking for something thicker, this is the right product.
The tip is smaller, so it's very easy to get it in there, even without loosening up.

So, the delivery was delayed - given that storms closed flights that is beyond their control. The following communication however was clear, helpful and gave me the choice of how to proceed.
